TeamViewer is a program that will allow a remote support person to temporarily access your computer remotely. You are in control of your password that changes with each session so once the support session is finished, the support person will no longer have access.

Click on the large Download button to start the download.

Depending on your browser the file may start downloading right away or will prompt you to save or run. Select run.

Once downloaded tun the program

Select run again and then click next

Read & accept the licence agreement and click next

If you get a security warning click yes

Teamviewer will load and will generate a "Your ID" and "Password" - send this information to the support person who can then access your machine.

Closing this program will kill any remote access and the support person will no longer be able to access your computer.
