Spam controls allow you to set the level of spam prevention as well as define the lists of people you want to allow to email you and other you want to block. Unfortunately with spam blocking genuine mails may get blocked too (called false positives) so periodically check your spam folder in webmail and mark mails as spam / not spam as required.
Go to https://email.ionos.co.uk/
Login with your username (email address) and password
Select the settings widget icon (cog) in the top right hand side of the window.

Select Email > Anti-SPAM

To control your list of people to ban or always allow through - you can use the Blacklist and Safe senders features
Enter in your email addresses you wish to block / allow through on the blacklist and whitelist respectively.
If you want to add [email protected] - use an asterix as per the example below.

Your Spam folder is located under your email icon of webmail.
Clicking on the spam folder will allow you to see all the mails in the spam folder. Marking mails as "Not Spam" will move the mail back to your inbox.
If you find spam in your inbox, you can mark it as Spam by clicking the Spam button. Mails in the spam folder are used to identify other spam mails from the same senders.
