Make sure your system is updated to the following or higher 

Create a new account with the "+" symbol on the bottom left

Make sure the user name is the same as your email address 

Alternatively you may use your existing SMTP server for your dial-up / ISP. If your ISP does not support sending through other ISP’s – change sending port to 587.
