If there are images in the email, these should be referenced to an online server.
If you were emailed your HTML signature - save the file to your hard drive taking note of the folder it is saved in. If you were send a .zip (compressed) file - then you will need to extract the files before continuing.
Launch Windows Live Mail.
Select File > Options > Mail

It will bring up the mail options

Go to the Signatures tab

Click new to add a new signature to the list. (If you have multiple email accounts or require additional signatures, just repeat these steps giving a description to each one that allows you to easily identify it).

If you want a signature appended to all your emails - select Add signatures to all outgoing messages.
If you want your signature on replies and forwards, then deselect the option Don't add signatures to Replies and Forwards.
Select File then click on browse.

Browse to where you save your email signature HTML file. Change the bottom right file type menu from .txt to HTML files in order to see your HTML file listed.
Select your signature file then click open.

If you have multiple email accounts, click the Advanced button and then select the accounts for which the selected signature needs to be associated with.


Click apply then ok to return you to the main program.

Compose a new Email message and you will see your email signature. The images may take a few seconds to display as they download. If you are offline - you may not see these images.
